2012 Ireland rugby union tour of New Zealand

In June 2012, Ireland will tour New Zealand, playing a three-Test series against the All Blacks[1] . The Test series will be marketed as the Steinlager Series for commercial purposes. This will be Ireland's first-ever three-Test series against the All Blacks, and marks the start of a global playing calendar, running through to 2019, announced by the International Rugby Board in 2010[2]. It is likely that Ireland will also face Provincial and Māori opposition during the tour.
